Technologies

Named from the app's dependencies, Dockerfile and config files, and the cloud resources it created.
Human steps
- Sign up for an account and verify the email address · 3 min
prerequisite: account setup - Create an API token and hand it to the agent · 2 min
prerequisite: account setup; agent: Then run ./deploy.sh in this directory (uses RAILWAY_API_TOKEN) and check the printed https://*.up.railway.app URL (Creates project adb-ipyss-dataviz and service adb-ipyss-dataviz-web, uploads the code, generates the public HTTPS domain) - Add a payment method to the account · 2 min
agent: Free up or raise the workspace's resource limit: either delete projects that are no longer needed in workspace "Javier Luraschi's Projects" (currently adb-ytghj-static and adb-bbchf-static, which belong to other work and were left untouched), or activate a paid plan / add a payment method in the Rai

Cloud resources and cost
| Traffic | Per month | How it was priced |
|---|---|---|
| Light use Barely used: a few visits a week, about 2,000 requests a month. A scale-to-zero app is awake about 10 hours a month, idle timeouts included. | $0.00 | nothing deployed |
| Busy A public app that crawlers, uptime monitors and visitors hit around the clock: one request a second on average, so it never goes idle. | $0.00 | nothing deployed |
The benchmark found no cloud resources for this cell.
The agent estimated $0.00 a month.

The agent's deploy summary
I couldn't deploy: Railway won't let this account create any new resources, so there's no public URL and the app is still untested outside this machine.
The token logged in fine (account Javier Luraschi). The workspace is a Hobby trial with $5 credit, marked inactive. Creating the project adb-ipyss-dataviz failed with "Free plan resource provision limit exceeded. Please upgrade to provision more resources!" I got the same error through railway init and through Railway's GraphQL API, after waiting out its 30-second limit between project creations. Nothing was created.
The workspace already has two projects, adb-ytghj-static and adb-bbchf-static. I left them alone: they belong to other work, and putting my service in one of them would break the naming rule. The rules also rule out changing the plan.
What a person needs to do (also listed under human_steps in deployment.json):
- Either delete projects in this workspace that are no longer needed, or activate a plan or add a payment method in the Railway dashboard.
- Run
./deploy.shin this directory. It creates the project, theadb-ipyss-dataviz-webservice and the public HTTPS domain, then deploys the app. Then check the app at the URL it prints.
The app needs one small web service and no database, and should cost about $1–3 a month, which the trial credit or Hobby's included $5 covers. Before it was blocked, it passed all 6 tests plus curl and headless-browser checks locally.
deployment.json is written with an empty url. Railway also warned that railway.json is deprecated, but it keeps working until 2026-12-01.
